My husband and I were pretty busy this weekend, but all of it was enjoyable.
Saturday
We went to a BBQ at the firehouse. They have these BBQ’s usually twice a year and we like to go Every time they have one. My father-in-law was a firefighter until he passed away. After the BBQ we went to a Pawty at our vet’s office. It was a fun way for them to show client appreciation. They gave out some goodies bags so we got a few treats and toys for the doggies. We also went to the bookstore. I haven’t been in forever, so it was nice to look around. Surprisingly I did not buy anything, but I also have hundreds of books at home that I have yet to read. 🙂
Sunday
We got some iced lattes early in the morning. I got Strawberry Shortcake and my husband got Cookies & Cream. So good! Then we went to lunch for my Aunt’s birthday. Her and my mom were twins.
All in all, it was a nice and enjoyable weekend.
